The PROSOFT AN-X2-AB-DHRIO is a multi-purpose gateway that allows users to migrate legacy Allen Bradley Remote I/O, DH+, and RIO networks to Rockwell Automation’s ControlLogix and CompactLogix controllers using EtherNet/IP. It supports both SLC and PLC-5 controllers.

The AN-X2-AB-DHRIO is a rugged device that can be mounted in a control panel or DIN rail mounted. It has a single RJ45 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port and a single Phoenix 3-pin power connector. The gateway is powered by an external 24 VDC power supply.

The AN-X2-AB-DHRIO is configured using a web browser. The web interface allows users to configure the gateway’s IP address, subnet mask, default gateway, and other settings. Users can also upload and download configuration files, and view diagnostic data.

Considerations

• The AN-X2-AB-DHRIO is a single port gateway. If you need to migrate more than one network, you will need to purchase additional gateways.
• The AN-X2-AB-DHRIO does not support ControlNet or DeviceNet networks.
